ParkatmyHouse ( http://www.parkatmyhouse.com/ ) We let people rent out their private parking spots when they're not being used. We're the global leader in this space with 150,000 registered users and we're backed by BMW's venture capital arm. Our service is a great win-win: it gives home and business owners a substantial second income from a really under-utilised asset - and it gives drivers cheaper parking. Using pre-booked spots also reduces traffic and pollution - an astonishing 30% of city centre traffic and car pollution is caused by drivers circling for a spot. There's plenty more to say. But suffice to say that at ParkatmyHouse, we offer a far smarter way of parking.
