Exclusive Tenant Representation. I only represent Tenants in commercial lease transactions. I do not represent Landlords or Property Managers. I guaranty NO conflicts of interest and no additional expense to my clients. Landlords pay our fee.

What do you hope to achieve in attending the Entrepreneur Meetup?

Lean more about the group members. Offer no-obligation personal discussions about business owner's real estate needs. Provide a no-cost representation solution to protect their time, money and sanity in the transaction. Create a win-win situation.

What are your biggest business challenges?

We do nto have large signs on buildings. My business is build on referrals. I would like to expand my network of clients, referral partners and friends in order to spread the word that business owners can also hire professional representation.
